The first iteration of our beloved Kah-Nee-Ta Hot Springs Resort was introduced in 1962. As we continue to embark on revitalization efforts to the historic property, we are excited to introduce you to the Re-imagined and restored resort, What is Re-imagined? It is for the first time ever being able to soak in large outdoor natural hot springs soaking pools where temperatures will vary from 92 to 104 degrees, have fun in the Lazy River pools, or let the little ones play in the zero-depth entry pool.
Stay tuned for updates and special events by joining the Kah-Nee-Ta Forever Club. We also invite you to become a permanent part of the Resort’s continued legacy by purchase of personalized pavers. For a limited time, the first to join the Kah-Nee-Ta Forever Club and include a purchase of personalized pavers, will receive complimentary day passes. Limited quantities of passes will be available.
About Kah-Nee-Ta
Kah-Nee-Ta! For generations of Oregonians and visitors to the state, the name conjures up vivid memories of spectacular high-desert vistas, invigorating hot springs, native American culture, magnificent architecture in harmony with the surroundings, and an itinerary teeming with things to do.Â
The first destination resort east of the Cascades, Kah-Nee-Ta was forced to close in 2018 due to bad economic times and the lack of resources to overhaul the area’s deficient water system – but since then admirers and devotees inside and outside the Warm Springs community have worked to assemble the funding, leadership, innovation, and grand vision to make Kah-Nee-Ta’s rebirth a reality. In the summer of 2023, the beloved resort will return in style, in the first phase of multi-stage renaissance.
