Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations govern the use of the Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass. By accepting this pass, members agree to abide by all terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the immediate revocation of membership privileges.
Access Limitations
- This Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass grants access solely to the Tribal Bathhouse, Chinook Room Restaurant, and Appaloosa Bar.
- The pass does NOT include access to the pools, dry-land activities, spa, or other resort amenities or activities.
Pass Revocation
Kah-Nee-Ta Hot Spring Resort reserves the right to revoke Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the rules and regulations outlined in this document.
- Adherence to Rules: All listed members on the pass must follow all posted resort rules and the terms outlined in this document.
- Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of all individuals under the age of 18 listed on their membership.
- Members under 18 must be always accompanied by their listed adult, children under 18 cannot be in the bathhouse or restaurant without their listed guardian.
- Any deviation from this rule will result in revocation of the membership.
- Cleaning Requirements: Members must clean the tribal bathhouse after use.
- Failure to do so may result in cleaning fees, membership suspension or revocation of your membership.
- Safety Recommendations:
- We strongly discourage anyone, regardless of age, from using the bathhouse alone.
- For safety, we recommend utilizing the bathhouse with another person and never swimming/soaking alone.
Emergency Protocols
- There are no staff members assigned to the bathhouse. In case of an emergency, members are responsible for contacting:
- 911 for emergencies.
- Resort Hotline: 503-200-9575 for any other needs or issues.
Behavior and Prohibited Activities
- Prohibited Items: No alcohol, drugs, food, or beverages are allowed anywhere on-sight
- Dress Code: Nudity is strictly prohibited in the bathhouse.
- Family-Friendly Environment: The bathhouse, restaurant and bar are family spaces. Absolutely no provocative or vulgar behavior will be tolerated.
