Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass: Walkthrough - How to apply - Next steps
A Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass is required to access the tribal bathhouse as well as to purchase food, beverages, or store items without a resort day pass.
Application Details
- There is no cost to apply for or receive a Tribal Bathhouse & Food Pass.
- Tribal Bathhouse and Food Passes are available for individuals and families.
- For family passes, both adults will appear in the photo.
- The names of children under 18 must also be listed on the card, children under the age of 18 ARE NOT permitted into the resort without one of the two listed adults.
- You can access the application online at www.kahneeta.com/tribalmember or call 541-553-1112 option #1 to speak with a Guest Services representative.
- To access the application online:
- A. On a phone, tablet or computer, open your web browser
- B. Type www.kahneeta.com in the search bar and press ‘Enter’
- C. Once you have reached the Kah-Nee-Ta homepage, hover your curser (mouse) over the tab that says “Services”, a drop-down menu will appear.
- D. Select “Tribal Member” and from there, you will be able to access the Tribal Bathhouse & Food Pass Application form to fill out.
- E. Answer all questions and submit the form
- To access the application online:
- Once you have submitted the form, a member of our Guest Service staff will reach out within 48 hours (excluding Tuesday & Wednesday) to schedule an in-person appointment.
- An appointment is required to:
- Agree to the resort’s rules and regulations.
- Have photos taken for your pass.
- For family passes, both adults must attend the appointment to have their photos taken.
How to Apply
Important Information
- Only basic guest information and ID photos will be collected during the appointment. No additional questions will be asked.
- Applications take 48 hours to process (excluding Tuesday & Wednesday).
- Completed passes will be available for pickup at the resort’s entrance security desk.
- Once a child turns 18, they will be responsible for applying for their own Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass.

To reserve the tribal bathhouse:

- Once you have reached the Kah-Nee-Ta homepage, hover your curser (mouse) over the tab that says “Services”, a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select “Tribal Member” and then select “Tribal Bathhouse”
- Please fill out all necessary information to reserve the Bathhouse. You will be able to select a 2-hour time slot. This is for 15 minutes of pre-changing, 1.5 hours of soak time, and another 15 minutes for post-changing.
- Please arrive on time for your reservation as there could be other reservations after yours that will need you to stay on schedule.

Parking Information for Tribal Bathhouse & Food Pass Holders
- For Bathhouse Reservations:
- Each reservation includes parking for one vehicle in the tribal bathhouse parking area located next to the tribal bath house.
- For Food & Beverage Services Only:
- Tribal Bathhouse and Food Pass holders visiting for food and beverage services must park in the guest parking area and walk into the resort or use the resort’s shuttle service, if available.
- Guests with a valid handicap placard are permitted to drive directly to the Restaurant and park in the designated disabled parking area.
All applications will be reviewed to ensure the applicant has no restrictions as a resident of Warm Springs.
